"I retired from midwifery on health grounds 6 years ago. The physical and mental symptoms from hypothyroidism had caused a massive change to my life which has resulted in a continuous long term battle against the condition, trying to return myself to feeling normal again by trying many different treatments. This is a life-long condition and I remain in that battle and with the continuous stressors that have plagued me along the way , I got to a point of overload where I became very worried about my mental state and how I wasn’t coping with day to day life. Something had to change but I didn’t know how to go about it and so this is when I was fortunate enough to work with Natasha who has been a true saviour.Over several sessions Natasha was able to see a more objective view to the emotional responses I was having to events and taught me how to use different strategies to adjust the way I was thinking and in turn how I felt about what was happening both to me and around me and which allowed myself to deal with those stressors differently from before. Day to day I notice how much calmer I feel generally and am much happier with my life. Interestingly, this was reflected in a recent adrenal cortisol test which is finally in normal levels, whereas in a previous test I had just about depleted any cortisol due to the amount of chronic stress I had suffered! So the coaching definitely works! Natasha is very caring, a great listener and very professional. I highly recommend her services . The wellbeing journal and pen I received in the post was a lovely surprise too! Thank you Natasha! "
