What is it?
MINDSEND Wellbeing is a holistic approach that helps you to identify what issues are currently preventing you from feeling and being the best version of yourself. Through understanding your current circumstances, we define the results you are committed to achieving and create a plan which is both workable and enjoyable.
How does it work?
By helping you grow, change, develop, and achieve your business and/or life goals.
Whilst challenging you to live out your values and reach your potential, it all starts with your agenda, your values, and your initiative. You are responsible for your life, and you will make the choices about what actions to take and what we work on together.
It provides support, accountability, perspective, and resources for your change goals.
Coaching, which is not any type of therapy, or psychological counselling, may address specific personal issues that you bring up. It may include values clarification, education, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
It offers additional reading material and journals with interesting and thought provoking exercises to reflect on and to complete between sessions where appropriate.
When and where is it available?
There are various options and coaching methods which include Zoom, telephone or face- to-face sessions. All are tailored to your requirements and wishes.
Offering services between the hours of 0800-1800 and out of hours by request, via Zoom, telephone or face to face appointments across the Midlands.
Is it confidential?
We recognise that certain information of a confidential manner may be relayed during either
regular or coach-on-call sessions.
MINDSEND Wellbeing Life Coaching services are bound to the Association for Coaching’s code of ethics.
